My Approach
If you've tried talking about things before but still feel stuck, we can use a range of approaches to help create change, such as CBT, Person-Centred, Psychodynamic techniques, as well as IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy), EMDR and Hypnotherapy.

About me
I'm Keri. Like many of my clients, I've experienced periods where life felt overwhelming, noisy and hard to navigate. People often describe me as warm, down-to-earth and easy to talk to. I won't sit silently taking notes while you wonder what I'm thinking. Instead, we'll work together to understand what's happening, find what works for you and help you move forward.
